Each 100 mg Contains: Abhrak Bhasma 100 mg.

Indication :
General Weakness, Respiratory Ailments, Restlessness, Anaemia.

Dosage :
For 5 to 10 years – 120mg
For 11 to 25 years – 240 mg
Above 25 years – 360 mg
To be taken in the morning and evening with honey or as directed by the Physician.

Diet :
Light and easily digestible food.

Avoid :
Jaggery, Chillies, Pulses, Sour substances like lmli, Curd, Tomatoes ect.
