Return shipping charges have to be borne by the customer. DawaGhar does not have a pickup policy at this point in time, hence it is upon the customer to send the parcel unused and packed in original packaging within 2 days of receiving the product by you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I have not received my refund. What shall I do?

Usually, the refund process is seamless and the amount gets credited without any iterations.
However, if you haven’t received a refund even after 10 days of approval, then we advise you to first check with your bank or credit card company as it might be stuck there.

How can I apply for an exchange?

Your item will be eligible for exchange only if the product received is defective or damaged.
Though the products are checked multiple times before packaging and parcelling, however in case of rare unfortunate scenario it might get damaged on the way.
In such cases, we act promptly to help you exchange it for the same item.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with our Business Partner. In case a replacement cannot be made by us, we will initiate a full refund.

It’s important that the product is sent back in its original packaging, original manufacturer tags, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered (including any free or complimentary items).

dawaghar.in has a simple return policy under which you can return a product received in a damaged or defective condition. However, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the goods at info dawaghar.mrt@gmail.com with order reference no.

  • Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will NOT be accepted as given below:
  1. Request for return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you
  2. Product is used or is not in its original condition / opened.
  3. Products are returned without its original packaging with offers and freebies.
  4. Product was damaged after use/opening.

What if my order gets cancelled after ordering?

If your order is cancelled, then you will get acknowledgment via SMS to your registered mobile number or via email to your registered email ID. If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with the financial organisation for the same.
