Ayurveda is a system of health and living that's more than 5000 years old and it's gaining popularity in the west. How has it lasted so long? Two words: Simple. Practical. That and the fact that it just works! If you've heard something about it, chances are you have questions, or maybe you're wondering whether or not it's for you. Well guess what'? Ayurveda is for everyone, and it's very likely you're already practicing some of it. Ayurveda is like the perfect grandmother ' ancient and modern at the same time. You know the one who spends her days knitting AND Facebooking and always seems to be up on the latest gossip, technology or sports scores. The beauty is you don't have to know much for it to change your life. So if you've never heard of it before or perhaps you're wondering what, if anything, Ayurveda has to offer you, here's my 'cut to the chase' version of why you might want to give Ayurveda a first (or second) look!
